Leadership Coaching:

If you're a leader or an emerging leader, I help you align with your talents and succeed with your vision. I offer an intensive, guided 6 to 12 month process to leverage your best talents and develop your leadership capability. You'll catapult your career and lead others in a way that energizes you.

• Leadership Intensive: As part of the coaching process, you may choose to participate in the Leadership Intensive. You select 3 to 6 trusted colleagues for this empowering experience. I facilitate a discovery process to help you learn about your talents from colleagues. You'll gain clarity about your vision and recognize the impact you have on others and business achievements.

Training Workshops:

You'll be amazed at the measurable difference in energy, enthusiasm and results when everyone is using their best talents. Faith offers two training options:

• Play to Your Strengths® Workshop You'll discover your best talents and learn how to kick them into high gear. This workshop is great for all levels of employees and especially helpful for emerging leaders and teams working on change initiatives. (1 day or 3 modules)

• Play to Your Strengths® Coaching Workshop is ideal for leaders who want to develop their employees' talents and help them contribute their best. Not only will employees benefit, but leaders learn how to build a collaborative and committed workforce. (2 days or 6 modules)

Leadership Talent Circles:

This empowering program is ideal for leaders stepping into a higher level of leadership. Monthly Talent circles help developing leaders maximize their unique talents and lead with greater ease, authenticity and effectiveness. (6 months - 2 hour sessions)
