Certification Process
Play to Your Strength certification is designed to ensure your success as a coach and internal change agent. First you attend the program and learn the concepts. Once certified, you can order Play to Your Strengths workbooks and access our online Talent Assessment to work with your clients for talent coaching, training and team building experiences.
The PROCESS
Step #1: First you attend a half day Play to Your Strengths® workshop that familiarizes you with the PTYS concepts.
Step #2: Next you'll sign up for l.5 day certification program. You may choose to be certified individually, doing independent study at a time right for you, or attend a formal certification program.
Step #3: Then comes the fun part. You choose a real life situation to apply your Play to Your Strengths expertise inside your organization. You may want to coach someone, offer a training class or work with a team. It's your choice.
Step #4: Throughout implementation I support your success as a "shadow coach." I help you prepare and present your program and debrief your outcome(s). By using the concepts in a real situation, you'll learn even more about the nuances of successful Play to Your Strengths consulting.
Step #5: After completing your first offering, you can move on and take Advanced certification. Advanced certification takes you deeper into the challenges of being a consultant and helping individuals, teams and entire organizations succeed with their vision.
