Note: There is additional fee of $125 for 360 Assessment.
Here are the easy steps involved...
Step One: Perform self assessment.
First you will receive an email invitation with a link. Simply
click on the link and you'll be directed to the self-assessment. Complete the
Self Talent Assessment. This will take
approx. 10 minutes.
Once your self-assessment is complete, you'll be redirected back to your ‘My Assessments' tab. Click on "Show Results" to learn about your best talents.
Step Two: Invite Raters to complete assessment.
You may now invite Raters of your choice (peers, employees,
bosses, and customers) to complete the assessment on you. To do this, simply
click on 'Invite Raters' in My Assessments tab.
You may invite an unlimited number of Raters to take the assessment. Raters will receive an email from you with a link to go directly to the assessment. Note: All Raters are invited via e-mail.
Step Three: Raters complete assessment.
Raters are given a specific timeframe to complete the assessment.
Raters respond to questions and also write in confidential comments.
To ensure confidentiality, final scores are not visible unless at least three Raters have completed the assessment, excluding the Boss category. On the 'My Assessments' tab, you can monitor the progress of your assessments and resend invitations to Raters who are not responding.
Step Four: Reports generated.
Once all Raters have completed the Assessment, the responses are
scored and displayed both numerically and graphically. All written comments are
compiled into a summary report. You can print out your final report from the ‘My
Assessment' tab by clicking on "Show Results."
Step Five: Review results and develop action plan
Finally, review your report in detail as part of your coaching or training
experience. Identify key learnings and ways to leverage your strengths. Play to
Your Strengths® consultants are available to clarify development options and
support ongoing progress.
